Timelapse Video

Yesterday I was working on a sign and decided last minute to do a timelapse video. Pardon the general grubbiness of my ponytail and clothes. It was a work day. These will give you a good idea of the process I go through to paint a sign.

Timelapse Video – Aimee Weaver Designs from Aimee Weaver on Vimeo.

The sign I was painting is available nowย in my shop.

Have a great weekend, Friends!

  1. Fascinating! I’m wondering how you print such large “patterns” to trace! Is there a way do it in Word, or do you have special software that can print the large words across multiple pages?

  2. Your work is beautiful! It really was a pleasure watching. Wish I could be a fly on the wall in real time…..watching, learning, asking questions. ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. Loved watching you create this – your work is so beautiful! I got a big kick of watching the trees outside – it seems like they were clapping with joy for you. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Blessings!

  4. I”m so enthralled with your work. Thanks for sharing your talent and being an open book to answer questions about how you do your process. I love a good project and this has inspired me to start making some signs. Could you tell me what font you used on the Glory to the new born king sign. God Bless your sister in Christ. Vena

  5. Hi Aimee,
Thanks so much for the video! I am definitely a visual learner, so it really helps to “see” the process and not just read about it. ๐Ÿ˜‰ I love the font you used for the words, Faith, Hope, and Love. Do remember the name of the font or where you found it?
Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful gift with the world!

  6. I love love your work……I make signs as well and I like the flower design you put on the name signs…I have searched and searched for something like that and end up doing a free hand tree. Where did you find that flower?
